Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Direction Wide Open's 2022 RV/Motorcycle Rally!
We do not want to keep any of your money!
Please note though that even if you need to cancel, we have probably already spent some of your
registration monies — that is why there was a registration fee, to cover the amenities. Some
things will be ordered as soon as we receive your registration such as t-shirts, pins, etc. Other
portions are delegated to covering the cost of the band, speakers and more. The closer to the event,
the more expenditures have been released to the entertainment, security and other vendors and we must
honor those payments. We will refund portions if we have enough notice. So here is our refund policy...

Due to limited access, we request that you cancel at least 60 days before the rally
start date. This gives us the opportunity to admit someone else into the rally.
You may cancel by sending an email with your full name, reservation code and payment confirmation code.
If you must cancel, we offer you an 80% refund. We do reserve the right to be
flexible in extreme cases.

Cancellations within 59-30 days prior to the event may receive a 30% refund. Please
with
your full name, reservation code and payment confirmation code. These can be found in the email
you received after payment.

At 29 days to 8 days before the rally, we cannot provide a refund. You understand you are
holding a spot so reservations for this event are no longer refundable. If you are unable
to attend, you can transfer your registration to a friend. In order to do so, please
with your full name, reservation code and payment confirmation code along
with the full name and valid email of your friend. We may request additional information
or confirmation to complete the transfer.

If you made campground or hotel reservations, you must contact those businesses directly to arrange
for any cancellation and refund. Their policies are separate and we have no control over their terms.
Direction Wide Open cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from those companies.

No refunds are available 7 days or closer to the rally start date.
ATTENTION DAY PASS TICKET HOLDERS:
No refunds are available for Day Pass purchases. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer
your Day Pass to a friend. In order to do so, please send an email with your full name, reservation
code and payment confirmation code along with the full name and valid email of your friend.
We may request additional information or confirmation to complete the transfer. You can only
request this transfer once, and up until 15 days prior to the rally start date.
