Direction Wide Open is the story developments in the lives to Lucinda and Will - two full-time RVers and avid motorcyclists, sidecarists. We share our encounters as we travel across the United States looking for the best rides, great food & wine and the most "unique" things a state has to offer. While in Junction, Texas the local prickly pear cacti were in bloom! This seemed like a great opportunity to replicate a treat provided to us by a campground owner a while back. They made fresh prickly pear margaritas for our group, so we harvested some "tunas" (the fruits) from some roadside cacti and got busy!
